These Terms of Sales (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Copper Wires Poland, commercial name for the Polish company “P.P.H.U. BARWIK MAREK BARWIŃSKI” (“Seller,” “we,” “our,” “us”) to the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
We specialize in the production and sale of copper cables, in various thicknesses. All products are manufactured to meet high industry standards.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Copper Wires Poland. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in PLN or EUR and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling fees. We offer competitive pricing based on the quality of our products and services.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfers and automatic debit payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the order, but rather an acknowledgment that we have received your order.
We aim to ship all orders within two business days after payment is received, but this delay can be extended depending on stock availability. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice, and we will select the most appropriate carrier for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We take pride in the quality of our products, and if any products are defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return them for a refund or replacement. To request a return, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or specially manufactured products, including cables produced to specific requirements, are not eligible for return unless defective.

Our products come with a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized alterations.
To claim under the warranty, please contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and proof of the defect (such as photos, videos, testimonies). We may request that you return the product for examination, and reserve the right to determine whether the defect has been caused by us, the delivery company or after the reception.
Copper Wires Poland will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability for any claim arising from the sale of our products is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., Poland], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Warsaw, Poland, under the rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (PCC).
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of our products and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
