Copper Wires Poland was founded in 1989, born from the vision of a dedicated craftsman who believed that great wire manufacturing doesn’t need to be loud — just precise, honest and consistent. From the start, we focused on using simple, proven machinery, nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering reliable copper wires that meet real-world needs.
Today, with 35 + years of expertise and a second generation at the helm, our once-small workshop supplies copper wires to wholesalers, contractors, panel builders and automation specialists across Europe.
We rely on straightforward, low-tech machinery that gets the job done right — without unnecessary complexity.
Our production is rooted in time-tested techniques that prioritise consistency, reliability and long-term performance.
By optimising for function over flash, we keep processes lean — and pricing fair.
Dive into our manufacturing process and learn every step that shapes our cables.
Our process begins with mounting large spools of bare copper wire to ensure smooth unrolling during insulation.
The wire is threaded through the entry point of our extrusion line, maintaining perfect alignment and tension.
Coloured PVC granules melt into a homogeneous mass that will form the insulation layer.
The molten plastic coats the copper via a precision die, then cools rapidly in a water bath to lock in shape.
The finished cable is automatically wound onto spools (83 mm – 302 mm) to match specific customer needs.
Labelled spools are stored on industrial shelves; we keep constant stock of our most requested sizes and colours.
